Your first 30 days
We warm up before we ramp up.
Social platforms, email providers, and LinkedIn all have one thing in common: they don’t trust new accounts right away. Every product we run goes through a dedicated warmup before reaching full sending volume — not as a formality, but because skipping it is what gets accounts flagged and domains blacklisted.
Engagement — social comment & post warmup
Setup & strategy
Sources are configured, brand voice is loaded, discovery filters are calibrated, and your operator team reviews the first batch of discovered threads with a close eye.
Conservative posting
Posting begins at 1–2 replies per week. Every draft goes through human review. The goal is clean early activity — no volume pressure, just quality signals.
Ramp begins
As account history builds, your operator team incrementally increases pacing. Discover cadence tightens, drafts per day increase, and posting frequency moves toward your tier's limits.
Full limits unlocked
Most accounts reach their tier's full volume limits by day 30. Accounts with pre-existing history may reach full limits sooner. The ramp is monitored and adjusted continuously.
Automatic, not manual
The ramp adjusts based on account signals automatically. You don't need to request volume increases — your operator team handles it.
Volume is the ceiling
Your tier limits define the maximum, not the target. During warm-up, staying below limits intentionally is the right strategy — not a limitation.
Existing accounts ramp faster
If you connect a platform account with prior activity, the warm-up is typically shorter. Your operator team assesses each account individually.
Outreach warmup
Outreach products have their own warmup.
LinkedIn Outreach and Email Outreach each require a separate warmup process before any real volume goes out. These are different products with different platform rules — and different consequences for skipping steps.
LinkedIn Outreach
Your LinkedIn account is the asset. We protect it.
LinkedIn watches how many connection requests you send and how often people accept them. Send too many too fast, or get ignored by most people you reach out to, and LinkedIn will restrict your account — sometimes permanently. We prevent that by starting every new outreach account at a safe daily limit and ramping gradually as your acceptance rate builds.
Automatic protections
Email Outreach
Your sending domains need to earn trust before they can send.
When a brand-new email domain starts sending cold outreach immediately, Gmail and Outlook flag it as spam — or blacklist it entirely. The one-time setup fee covers everything needed to prevent that: domain registration, email authentication records (the technical settings that prove to inbox providers you’re a real sender), mailbox provisioning, and an inbox warmup period before your first campaign ever goes out.
What the setup fee covers
- Domain registration (dedicated sending domains — not your main business domain)
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — these tell Gmail and Outlook your emails are legitimate
- Mailbox provisioning for each sending inbox
- Inbox warmup via automated low-volume sending before campaigns begin

FAQ
Common questions.
Why does the first month cost the same if volume is limited?
The warm-up period is an active service, not downtime. Your operator team is setting up sources, calibrating discovery filters, reviewing early drafts closely, and building the account history that unlocks higher volume. The infrastructure runs from day one — volume ramps as trust is established, not as a cost reduction.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and are handled through a brief strategy call so your operator team can adjust source coverage, review settings, and posting cadence accordingly.
Are volume limits strictly enforced?
Yes — daily and weekly caps are hard ceilings enforced in the pipeline. Your brand will never exceed them. But these are maximums, not daily targets — actual output depends on how many relevant threads are discovered, how quickly the review queue moves, and natural pacing variation. For context: a busy professional manually engaging across platforms might realistically hit 15 comments per day. A dedicated full-time social media manager, posting one comment every 12 minutes throughout business hours, could reach around 40. Our plans are deliberately sized around what a focused human could actually sustain — the caps exist to protect account health, not to define expected daily output.
What happens after the warm-up period?
Once account history is established (typically 14–30 days depending on account age and platform), your operator team adjusts pacing automatically to approach your tier's full limits. There's no action required from you — the transition is gradual and monitored.
What does the operator team actually do?
Your operator team reviews the queue, manages platform account connections, tunes discovery sources and policy settings, and maintains the execution layer. Clients handle onboarding and strategy definition; operators handle everything from there.
What is auto-approve and when is it available?
On Growth and Pro plans, low-risk drafts can be configured for auto-approval when they meet scoring thresholds your operator team sets. Human review remains the default — auto-approve is an opt-in setting for established workflows with a strong track record.
Is there a setup fee?
Engagement plans have no setup fee — billing starts when you sign up and the warmup is part of the service. Outreach and Bundled plans include a one-time setup fee (Starter $500, Growth $1,250, Pro $2,500) that covers dedicated domain registration, email authentication records, mailbox provisioning, and inbox warmup. This is charged once at checkout alongside your first month, and it's the reason your domains land in inboxes instead of spam folders.
Why does the email outreach setup fee exist?
When a brand-new email domain sends cold outreach straight away, inbox providers like Gmail and Outlook treat it as spam — or blacklist the domain entirely. The setup fee covers the infrastructure that prevents that: dedicated sending domains (separate from your main business domain), SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication records, mailbox provisioning, and an inbox warmup period. Skip any of these steps and your campaigns won't perform — or won't reach inboxes at all.
Why does LinkedIn Outreach have a warmup period?
LinkedIn monitors how many connection requests you send and how often people accept them. If a new account sends at high volume immediately — or if most recipients ignore the requests — LinkedIn can restrict or suspend the account. We start every LinkedIn Outreach account at a safe daily limit and ramp up over 30 days as your acceptance history builds. Your acceptance rate is monitored automatically: if it drops too low, sending slows down or pauses before LinkedIn takes any action.
What platforms are supported?
LinkedIn (comment engagement + scheduled posts), LinkedIn Outreach, Bluesky, Discord, and Twitter are available. LinkedIn is available on all plans and includes both the comment engagement adapter and the scheduled posts adapter in a single slot. Bluesky, Discord, and Twitter are now live and available on all plans.
Ready to start your client onboarding?
Create an account, define your strategy, and your workspace moves into operator review for manual activation. The warm-up begins as soon as your team is ready.
No engagement setup fee. Outreach setup fee covers domain registration and inbox warmup. Client access activates manually after operator review.
